Advanced Open Water Diver
You have your OWD — time to push your limits and unlock more dive sites.
The SSI Advanced Open Water Diver course (AOWD) has recently been completely renewed. During this course you complete five dives, each focusing on a specialty. A deep dive and a navigation dive are mandatory. The remaining dives can be chosen from the school's offering. We standardly offer a Perfect Buoyancy dive, a nitrox dive and a night dive.
Because the AOWD course already includes five specialty dives, it is the ideal opportunity to opt for a full specialty. Combine the advanced course with a Nitrox specialty, Navigation specialty or Dry Suit specialty (if you have your own dry suit) to earn an extra certification at a great price.
Requirements
- ✓ Minimum SSI Open Water Diver certification (or equivalent)
- ✓ Minimum age 14 years
- ✓ No medical contraindications
Diver Stress & Rescue (Rescue Diver)
Learn to prevent, recognise and resolve emergency situations — and help others when it really counts.

To complete the course you need a valid certificate in first aid, CPR (basic life support) and oxygen administration. All of these are covered in the SSI React Right course, which forms an excellent foundation for the rescue diver course.

- ✓ Valid first aid, CPR and oxygen administration certificate (e.g. SSI React Right)
